FINGER FISH

Finger fish is a delicious meal. It's fast, easy and tastes perfect. Fish is rich in omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins D, B2 (riboflavin), calcium and phosphorus. It is a source of minerals such as iron, zinc, iodine, magnesium and potassium. 

As finger fish coating is rich in fats and carbohydrates you can consider as an occasional quick meal. Its recipe is simple and delicious.



How to make crispy finger fish

Fish can be cook by many ways and the most delicious is finger fish.  It's a boneless finger-like fish piece with adding seasoning and top coating to make it crispy from the outside and soft and tender from inside. You can add Korean breadcrumbs to top coating to make it crispier. 

What ingredients used for finger fish:

All the ingredients used to make finger fish can be easily found in the kitchen or the store. Red pepper powder  black pepper, salt, oregano, cumin seed powder etc. See below.

What to serve with finger fish:

Finger fish can be served with mayo garlic sauce,  ketchup or chilli garlic sauce and your favourite cold drink.

Recipe of finger fish:

Ingredients:

Fish marination:

Boneless fish 1 cut in long slices
1/4 tsp. Black pepper powder 
1/4 tsp. Red chilli powder 
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Garlic paste 
1/4 tsp. Oregano

Cut the boneless fish into pieces. To marinate fish add salt, black pepper powder, red chili powder, cumin seed powder, oregano powder, fresh garlic and set aside.

Coating:

1/2 cup all-purpose flour 
1 egg (whisked)
1/4 tsp. Oregano
Pinch of salt and pepper 

Oil for frying

Take all-purpose flour in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper and coat the fish pieces. Coat all fish pieces.

Now whisk 1 egg and dip the coated slices in egg and then in korean breadcrumbs one by one. 

Repeat it until all fish pieces are coated with breadcrumbs. 

Now take a pan, add not too much oil as we will not fry the finger fish. 

 Now put the coated fish pieces in the pan and fry until golden brown. It's crispy from the top and tender from the inside.

Serve with mayo garlic sauce or ketchup. Enjoy it with chips and your favourite drink.
