Chinese rice are made with boiled rice and vegetables cut in small pieces, some boiled chicken and sauces are required.

Tips For Making Chinese Fried Rice Delicious 

Use cold Boiled rice

Boiled rice must be cold before making fried rice if not then it become soggy. After boiling the rice rest it for 30 minutes then add to pan to sauté.

Use veggies 

To add color as well as taste veggies are used in chinese fried rice. You can use carrot, capsicum, cabbage, peas, green onion and any of your choice. 

Use high flame

Use high flame in sauté veggies give them a crisp and also softness it will let them frying instead of steaming in the pan.

Use Butter 

In fried rice recipe butter is the tricks to taste. Not any of oil gives that delicious taste that with butter. A very little butter is used in this recipe. You can skip it to oil if you are conscious of your diet.

Sky has the limit. When it comes to homemade fried rice there are many variations made by leftover or make it with fresh ingredients. You can make it different by adding some boiled chicken make it chicken fried rice, add more eggs make it egg fried rice. You can also add mushrooms and pineapple if you like.

You can serve Chinese rice with shashlik, chicken manchurian, chicken jalferazi or with ketchup alone.

How to cook Pakistani style Chinese Rice 

Below is the method to cook Chinese rice.

You can translate recipe in urdu or any other language.

Ingredients:

2 cups boiled rice

1/2 cup carrot chopped in pieces

1/2 cup green capsicum chopped

1/2 cup green cabbage chopped

1/2 cup green onion

2 tbsp. soya sauce 

2 tbsp. chilli sauce 

1/2 tsp. salt 

1 tbsp. black pepper 

3 tbsp. butter

2 eggs

Cooking Instructions:

Heat 1 tbsp. butter in a pan. Whisk eggs and add to pan then scramble the eggs. Now add chopped cabbage, capsicum and carrot into pan add 1 tbsp. butter and sauté the veggies on medium flame. 

Add boiled rice then add soya sauce, chili sauce, salt and stir the rice for 2 minutes now lower the flame add green onion, black pepper and 1 tbsp. butter and cover with lid. Serve hot with your
