How to make Korean breadcrumbs:

If you want to make flaky Korean breadcrumbs, crush it in an electric chopper.

If a grinder is used, the breadcrumbs will be very small and will not have the desired appearance.

Make it in a larger size if possible. The topping becomes crisper.

Simply toast the breadcrumbs in a pan, stirring constantly, until they have a crunchy texture.

How to Increase Crispiness:

Breadcrumbs become more crispy when ground in a chopper rather than a blender or grinder. This method produces a flaky texture of breadcrumbs, which is then cooked to increase crispiness.
