How to make chicken paratha roll:

Chicken Paratha Roll is made in three steps. To begin, knead the dough to make paratha, then cook the chicken mixture, the chutni, which adds a tangy spicy flavour, and the salad.

The flavour of paratha rolls is enhanced by well-marinated chicken. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes. The recipe for special chatni for paratha roll is provided below. It makes the chicken paratha roll delicious. This paratha roll contains no over salad and only onion slices.

Ingredients:

For chicken:

  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken
  • 1 cup yogurt 
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 
  • 5 chopped green chillies 
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes 
  • 1 teaspoon chat masala 
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder 

  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

  • orange or red food colour

  • 2 tablespoon oil
Marinate the chicken with yogurt, salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli flakes, coriander powder, vinegar, chat masala and food colour.
Rest for 30 minutes before cooking, or cook right away.
Heat oil in a frying pan and add the marinated chicken.
Cook until all water dry and chicken is cooked. Set aside.

For paratha:

  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil 
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Oil for making paratha 


Take all-purpose flour, baking powder, oil and salt. Knead the dough. Rest for 30 minutes on room temperature. 
Knead again and place it in fridge for 30 minutes. Make small balls (paira).
Make a small round roti and spread oil or ghee over it. Now fold it as you make paratha.

For chatni:

  • 1 cup Thick tamarind purree 
  • 8-10 green chillies 
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 cup Mint+ coriander leaves 
  • 1 tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder (zeera)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice 

Combine all ingredients in a grinder and make thick chatni.

For Salad:

  • onion 
Cut in slices. Only onion is used in this paratha roll.

Method:

Take a paratha and pour 2-3 tablespoon of chutni, add chicken and garnish with salad. Roll the paratha and wrap it in a butter paper. Serve with sauce.
