Chicken Shashlik Recipe

 Chicken shashlik is from Chinese cuisine. It's easy to cook,  less preparation time and a super delicious recipe served with rice. Must try recipe especially for kids. 



Chicken shashlik

You can translate recipe in urdu or any other language.

How to cook shashlik:

Shashlik is easy go recipe. Just grab the ingredients and recipe is done. 
Take onion and garlic just sauté. Add chicken stir for 2 minutes when it changes color add green capsicum.
 Now add salt, red chilli powder and soya sauce stir on high flame, when chicken and capsicum are almost done, add tomatoes cook for 2 minutes. Add tomato ketchup and in the end, add black pepper powder. 

What to serve with chicken shashlik:

Chicken shashlik is served with rice,  noodles, you can add boiled egg and salad.

What makes Chicken shashlik best:

Chicken must be cut in small pieces so it can be tender easily. 
Cook on high flame.
When chicken changes color them add capsicum.
After add tomatoes cook for 2 minutes otherwise tomatoes remains hard.

Cooking time           10-12 minutes

INGREDIENTS :

Chicken breast boneless 1/2 kg cut in cubes

Green capsicum 1 large size cut in cubes

Tomato 1 large size cut in cubes

Onion chopped 2 tbsp

Garlic chopped 1 tbsp. 

Ketchup 1 1/2 cup

Salt 1/2 tsp.

Red pepper powder 1 tsp.

Soya sauce 2 tbsp.

black pepper powder 1 tsp.

Oil 1/4 cup

METHOD:

Take a pan, heat oil add chopped onion and garlic and sauté. 

Now add boneless chicken and cook until it's water dry and it changes color to white. 

Add capsicum, salt,  red pepper powder and soya sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes until it is soft then add tomato. Cook for 2 minutes. 

Then add ketchup to it and mix. Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.  Finally, add black pepper powder and cover the lid. Cook for 2 minutes on low flame. Chicken shashlik is ready to serve with rice.
