You can translate recipe in urdu or any other language.
INGREDIENTS:
1- Chicken breast 2 pieces cut in small about 1-1/2 inch.
FOR MARINATION:
2- Salt 1 tsp.
3- Vinegar 1 tbsp.
4- Garlic paste 1 tsp.
5- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
6- Chilli sauce 1 tbsp.
7- All-purpose flour (Maida) 2tbsp.
8- Cornflour 1 tbsp.
9- Black pepper 1 tbsp.
10- 1 Egg
FOR COATING:
11- Bread crumbs 1-1/2 cup
12- All-purpose flour 2 tbsp.
13- Baking powder 1 tsp.
14- Oil for frying
METHOD:
First take boneless chicken, salt, vinegar and garlic paste and marinate Chicken. Leave for 5 minutes.
Then add soya sauce, chilli sauce, flour, Cornflour, black pepper and egg and marinate the chicken.
Now if you have time then leave otherwise no need.
Now mix breadcrumbs, flour and baking powder. Coat every piece of chicken.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and brown on each side. Use a spatula to transfer the chicken nuggets to a plate. Serve with ketchup or mayo-garlic sauce.
