How to cook KFC fried chicken 

Leg pieces, breast pieces, and chicken wings are the best for fried chicken. First, marinate the chicken pieces for 2 hours, but you can make it without marination. Then coat the chicken with 
 flour mixed with bread crumbs then dip in milk. Repeat twice, then deep fry the chicken pieces.

How to make fried chicken more crispy

 Fried chicken is crispy on the outside and soft and juicy in the inside, providing fried chicken fans with an authentic flavour. You can make the fried chicken crispier by adding another layer of flour and milk. It is even more crispier if you use bread crumbs especially this bread crumbs. Simply coat the flour mixed with breadcrumbs and dip in milk, then coat the flour and dip in milk again for more crispiness. Just be sure to finish with a flour and breadcrumbs coating.

Variation with fried chicken

Fried chicken goes well with burgers, tacos, wraps, and pita bread wraps. If you want to make burgers and wraps with fried chicken, use boneless chicken instead. Otherwise, just follow the fried chicken recipe.

Ingredients:

Chicken Marination:

  • 1/2 kg chicken with bones
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1+1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder 

Chicken coating:

Cooking Instructions:

  • First, season the chicken with salt and red chilli powder. Rest the chicken for 2 hours, covered.
  • Arrange two bowls. In one bowl, take all-purpose flour mixed with Korean breadcrumbs (click) and a second bowl with milk and little water.
  • Take the chicken pieces and coat them in flour bowl and then dip them in milk bowl.
  • Repeat this step, again coat the chicken with flour with breadcrumbs and set it aside.
  • Repeat this step with the remaining chicken pieces and coat all chicken pieces the same way.
  • Deep fry the chicken pieces over medium heat.
  • For a healthy meal, bake chicken pieces at 180° for 20-25 minutes. Simply check-in between and flip if necessary.
