Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoon butter or oil
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon salt as per taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper or white pepper
- 1 cup carrot boiled
- 1 cup potato boiled
- 1/2 cup mushroom
- 1 cup chicken boiled
Method :
- Cut the potato, carrot and chicken into cubes and boil.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add flour, salt, and black pepper to the butter, stirring regularly over low heat until the mixture becomes bubbly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk and chicken broth. Add it to skillet.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, over medium-high heat. Cook until the mixture becomes thick.
- Add boiled potato, carrot, mushroom and chicken and mix well. Cook for 1 minute and turn off the flame.
