Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoon all-purpose flour 
  • 4 tablespoon butter or oil
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt as per taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper or white pepper
  • 1 cup carrot boiled
  • 1 cup potato boiled
  • 1/2 cup mushroom
  • 1 cup chicken boiled

Method :

  • Cut the potato, carrot and chicken into cubes and boil. 
  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. 
  • Add flour, salt, and black pepper to the butter, stirring regularly over low heat until the mixture becomes bubbly.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk and chicken broth. Add it to skillet. 
  • Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, over medium-high heat. Cook until the mixture becomes thick.
  • Add boiled potato, carrot, mushroom and chicken and mix well. Cook for 1 minute and turn off the flame.
