Recipe of chicken wrap
Ingredients For chicken marination:
2 piece chicken breast flatten
1/2 teaspoon. salt
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon white vinegar

Ingredients For coating:
4 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoon cornflour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili sauce
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup of milk
Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions:
Flat chicken with
kitchen hammer. Add chilli sauce, soya sauce, salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, vinegar and set aside.
Now line up two bowls
In 1 bowl add flour, Cornflour, chilli sauce, salt and egg now add milk and make a sticky paste not runny and not too thick.
Now in a second bowl add 1 cup flour add pinch of salt, half tsp. baking powder and black pepper.
Now take 1 piece of chicken and dip in bowl 1 and then coat it with flour in the second bowl. Now repeat this step of dipping and coating if you want extra crispy chicken. Prepare all pieces same like this.
Take Oil in a frying pan and deep or shallow fry by your choice and cook on slow flame.
Ingredients For Wrapper (flatbread):
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. Yeast
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Oil
Cooking Instructions:
Take yeast and sugar and mix in warm water until it rises. Then add salt, and oil to all-purpose flour, knead the dough. Keep aside; rest for at least 1 hour in a warm place.
After 1 hour the dough is double in size then make a flat round flatbread(roti) with it.
Note:
You can also use pita bread for this recipe.
Sauces:
Mint sauce:
Take a handful of mint leaves and 1 green chilli and grind both of them together and make a paste. Now add 4 tablespoon thick yogurt and 1 tablespoon of cream and mix it. Mint sauce is ready.
Creamy Mayo sauce:
For creamy mayo sauce add 3 tablespoon of cream, add 4 tablespoon of myonese, 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and mix it. Creamy mayo sauce is ready. Use it in your crispy chicken wrap. It also taste good with fries.
Chicken Wrap Making:
Now time to make wrap with wrapper (flatbread) and crispy chicken. Take a flatbread and place a piece of crispy chicken, add lettuce, onion and creamy mayo sauce or ketchup which you prefer. Then add some cheese on top and fold. Now place in oven for 5 minutes at 160°C. Skip this step if you have no oven. Serve hot.
