Tips and tricks to cook homemade pizza recipe without an oven in a skillet
- First, prepare 2 flat pans (tawa) and heat on a high flame.
- Then grease a frying pan with oil.
- Take the dough and spread in the frying pan, stretch it with your hands in a circle.
- Place pizza sauce then add chicken tikka, mushroom or whatever topping you like, add some veggies, then add cheese on the top and sprinkle some dried oregano or dried rosemary.
- Then cover the frying pan with a hot flat pan(tawa).
- The flame of the frying pan is low.
- You can cook it from low to medium flame.
- Depends upon if you want soft crust then the flame will be below; but if you crunchy crust base then you can turn the flame to low to medium level.
- On the other stove, 2nd flat pan(tawa) will be on high flame.
- After 2 minutes you can change the flat pan to another hot one.
- And 1st flat pan will be on high flame. You can replace the flat pan after 2 minutes with the hotter one.
- In this way, the upper side of the pizza is cooked well and the cheese will be melted.
- After 7 minutes your pizza is cooked from both sides and ready to serve.

Recipe of homemade pizza
Ingredients :
For dough:
First, take yeast in a small bowl and dissolve it in water and rest the yeast for 2-5 minutes to rise.
In a separate bowl, take out flour, salt, sugar, oil and risen yeast and add enough water to knead the dough, the dough is not too hard and not too soft.
Take a clean bowl grease it and rest the dough in the bowl to rise. Spray some oil over it and cover the bowl. After 30 minutes pizza dough is ready. Place the dough in a warm place like oven.
For toppings:
Chicken tikka topping ingredients:
Take 2 tbsp. Oil. Add marinated chicken to a saucepan and cook the chicken until soft and all water in the chicken is dry.
For pizza sauce:

Roll the dough in a round shape with a rolling pin or stretch it with your hands.
Add pizza sauce, then add capsicum, onion, mushrooms and chicken tikka or whatever topping variations you want to make.
Add some cheese at the top, and sprinkle some dried rosemary or oregano over it for a professional smell to your homemade pizza.
Now turn on the flame on medium heat for 1 minute. After 1 minute flame of the frying pan remains low. Now take a flat pan(tawa) and heat it on high flame. After it is hot you can place it on a pizza frying pan.
And replace a hot flat pan(tawa) 2 times over it. Explain above.
After 7 minutes your pizza is ready. You can check the sides with a toothpick.
